Wartime in Westbury

This year for Mick's birthday the theme was wartime.  It was educational and entertaining; as always a fantastic spread by Mum and Dad although there were spam fritters which were avoided by most!

We went as aviators and Oscar had a serious piece of cake (for the first time...)

I don't normally like these apps that mess around with photos but was quite taken by papercam

Lovely Lou

Oscar can't stay still you know

CAKEs

When we thought he couldn't make it Meric made a surprise appearance, well done old bean!

Finnegans Wake at the Westbury Music and Arts Festival

Last night we saw Finnegans Wake play as part of the Westbury Music & Arts Festival it was awesome and we really enjoyed it.

They are a four piece band featuring (Grandad) Mick on guitar and vocals, Frank on accordion and vocals, Peter on flute, mandolin, banjo and whistles, and Clive on fiddle, mandolin and vocals.

Videos of the gig are uploaded onto my YouTube account but I've embedded them here too.
